DO I NEED TO BE HOME WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?
For large furniture items, if you will not be home, please get in touch with Direct Freight to coordinate an alternative delivery arrangement. If the location is accessible and safe on the ground level, you can provide authority to leave the delivery unattended. For large furniture items, we utilise Direct Freight courier service for delivery. This entails curb-side delivery, where the driver can drop off your item/s at a front door or garage on ground level, provided it's safe to do so. Please note, the driver is unable to transport items into buildings or up stairs.
HOW IS MY ORDER DELIVERED?
Sacred Bundle strives to expedite the delivery of your order to the best of our ability. If you require your order by a specific date please contact us to confirm stock availability prior to your purchase.
For small items, we utilise Australia Post service for delivery. Your items will be delivered in a box or biodegradable packaging to your door or mailbox.
For large furniture items, we utilise Direct Freight courier service for delivery. This entails curb-side delivery, where the driver can drop off your item/s at a front door or garage on ground level, provided it's safe to do so. Please note, the driver is unable to transport items into buildings or up stairs.
Boxed dimensions and weights are available online and can be found in the delivery-terms-conditions. If you are concerned about your purchase fitting through doorways, lifts, stairwells etc. please reach out for any additional measurement that may help. We cannot be held accountable for ensuring the purchased items will fit, If your purchase does not fit into your residence upon delivery Sacred Bundle is not liable to accept returns or re delivery charges.
We are able to provide product dimensions if you prefer to arrange your own delivery. This arrangement must be organised by the customer for pickup from the Sacred Bundle warehouse in Burleigh Heads by the chosen courier. Sacred Bundle absolves all liability for any damage during transit if you arrange shipping, and we highly recommend purchasing insurance. Additionally, please note that we have no authority over the delivery process; the freight forwarder assumes full responsibility for all delivery-related matters.

- Buffet: Approximately 80kg
- Bassinet: Approximately 10kg
- Bed: Approximately 37kg
We strongly advise pregnant women against lifting these packages.

Curb side Delivery Information.
- We ship bed frames and legs at the same time, but due to the size of the cartons, they can often be delivered on separate days.
- We ship with Direct Freight which is a curb side service. Unfortunately, they are not able to carry these large items upstairs or into apartment buildings etc.
- Due to WH&S laws, drivers are not required to lift any items over 20kg and may sometimes not leave heavy goods under ATL (authority to leave) requests.
