In-Stock Items: All in-stock items *excluding items listed on the non refundable items list* purchased from Sacred Bundle are eligible for return for store credit within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. When will my order arrive?

PRE-ORDER: If your item/s is on Pre-Order, you can keep up to date with your shipment timeframe through our online container tracker available here: https://www.sacredbundle.com.au/pages/container-tracker

IN-STOCK:

From the time you receive your Shipping Confirmation email (this is when your item/s leave our warehouse), please allow the following number of days for your order to arrive:

East Coast: 2-4 business days

WA, NT, TAS, SA & Rural Areas: 4-15 business days.

Please note, the above delivery times are industry averages as provided by our carriers. Delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions. Remote/rural deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.

If you choose Designer Transport as your delivery option, please note their transit time can be up to 21 days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item weight, the location where it’s being delivered and the delivery option you choose. This is calculated at checkout. Alternatively, we also offer pick up from our Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast showroom.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.You can also track pre-order items usoing our container tracker and the CN (container number) assigned to your item here: https://www.sacredbundle.com.au/pages/container-tracker

How long does it take for pre-orders to arrive?

Delivery lead times are communicated on each individual product page. The delivery lead times display the classification of each product (In Stock / Pre-Order) and their associated container (e.g. CN15). You can track your pre-orders here https://www.sacredbundle.com.au/pages/container-tracker and you will receive regular updates on the progress of your pre-order timeframe.

I have received a partial delivery of my order, when will my other items be delivered?

If you have placed an order that contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock items will usually be dispatched first.
If you have ordered items that are sent in seperate cartons (such as our beds and buffets), sometimes these cartons will be separated in transit and delivered to you on different days, even though we do send them at the same time. These are usually delivered within 1-2 days of each other (E.g. Our Zali Buffet is packed in two cartons - one smaller carton for the legs and a large carton for main unit).

The product I want is out of stock. When will it be back?

You can sign up to be notified when sold out products will be back in stock via the 'Notify Me' button on each specific product listing.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we offer a warranty on all timber furniture, for 5 years from date of purchase covering manufacturing defects.

Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life or looking for a gift for a new mum or baby shower. Where is your show room located?

Our showroom is located at 8A Hutchison Street, Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast. You can visit us Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 9am - 3pm to view a range of Ashwood and Walnut cots, beds, buffets and kids furniture as well as nursery decor, baby blankets, linen and toys.

What size mattress fits your cots?

For all of our baby cots, we recommend matress dimensions no greater than 132cm long x 70cm wide.
You can find more information on mattresses and cot dimensions on individual cot product pages.

Do you sell cot mattresses?

Not yet, however we currently have Sacred Bundle cot mattresses in production for release in late 2026.
