Delivery options
Direct Freight Express - curbside service with Direct Freight Express.
TSS Sensitive Freight - curbside service with TSS.
TSS Sensitive Freight - Two man in-home delivery, unpack and rubbish removal. Does not include assembly. Re-delivery fees may apply if a chosen delivery window is missed.
ID Interior Delivery - White Glove service, includes assembly and rubbish removal. This service is only available from North Brisbane to Byron.
Designer Transport - In home delivery, unpack and rubbish removal. Does not include assembly.
Please note, if you choose Designer Transport as your delivery option, their transit time can be up to 21 days. Re-delivery fees apply if a chosen delivery window is missed.
Orders with Designer Transport are collected from us once a week on a Wednesday.
DHL Express International - For international deliveries only. All taxes, tariffs, duty and any cost relating to customs in the destination country (Including quarantine if applicable to your country) must be covered by the receiver.

Important curbside delivery information
- Buffets and cots will be delivered on pallets as they are very heavy items.
- Buffets and beds are both shipped in two separate cartons (legs in one carton and buffet unit/bed frame in another carton). These are sent at the same time, however they can be delivered on different days. Both cartons should arrive within 1-2 business days of each other.
- If you choose a curb side delivery service (Direct Freight or TSS), please note that they are not able to carry these large items upstairs or into apartment buildings. Furniture items can only be delivered to ground level only (front door/garage if safe to do so).
Please contact Direct Freight on 1300 347 397 or TSS on 1300 877 287 should you require any further assistance once your order has been collected from our depot. - Due to WH&S laws, drivers are not required to lift any items over 20kg and may sometimes not leave heavy goods under ATL (authority to leave) requests.
How long your order will take to arrive
From the time you receive your Shipping Confirmation email (this is when it leaves our warehouse), please allow the following number of days for your order to arrive:
East Coast: 2-4 business days
WA, NT, TAS, SA & Rural Areas: 4-15 business days.
Please note, the above delivery times are industry averages as provided by our carriers. Delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions. Remote/rural deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.

FOR PRE-ORDER ITEMS: Please keep up to date on delivery schedules via our Container Tracker. Once we receive your items and ship them to you, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email and the above time frames will apply.
Pre-order lead times
Delivery lead times are communicated on each individual product page. The delivery lead times display the classification of each product (In Stock / Pre-Order) and their associated container (e.g. CN15). Please take note of your Pre-Order timeframe.

"Authority to leave" requests
- You will need to make sure someone is available at the delivery address to accept delivery unless you give us ATL.
- If your item/s exceed 20kgs, the driver may not be able to leave the goods under ATL requests. Please read the dimensions/weight information specific to your product.
- Our company, nor the delivery courier, will be liable for any lost items delivered under ATL requests.
