Warranty title and parties
- Sacred Bundle Pty Ltd limited warranty for timber furniture.
- Applies to original retail purchaser, non-transferable.
- Coverage period: 5 years from date of purchase covering manufacturing defects.
What is covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. *Exclusions apply.
- Structural integrity: frames, legs, rails, joints. *Exclusions apply.
- Functional hardware: hinges, slides, fasteners. *Exclusions apply.
- Finish defects present at delivery.
What is not covered (*exclusions)
- Normal wear and tear, minor scratches and dents from use.
- Natural characteristics: grain variation, colour variation.
- Movement from environmental changes: shrinkage, expansion, hairline cracks, cupping or warping due to humidity/temperature/sunlight.
- Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, impact, improper assembly leading to damage and any alteration to a product.
- Water, heat, or sun damage; spills, chemicals (strong cleaning agents are not recommended. Please see care tips and instructions for more information).
- Outdoor or damp-area use.
- Improper storage or transport; dragging; overloading; uneven floors.
- Pet damage.
- Rust/corrosion on metal components in high humidity or salty environments.
- Clearance, floor samples, or “as-is” items.
How to make a claim
Contact bubinfo@sacredbundle.com.au to submit your claim within the warranty period.
Provide proof of purchase/order number, photos/video, description of issue and evidence of proper care where applicable.
Limitations and disclaimers
- This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability/fitness to the extent permitted by law.
- We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations, so these may not apply to you.
Returns & Refunds
Product quality
We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of product quality and design integrity. As such, we reserve the right to make minor alterations to our products in order to ensure their quality. Please note that the products you receive may differ slightly from those depicted on our website or in product information materials.
Please note that working with natural materials means that there may be expected variations in grains and hues. These differences are not indicative of a defect, but rather are part of what gives each piece its unique quality. We believe that these variations add character to our products and enhance their overall beauty.
Returns / Refunds
In-Stock Items: All in-stock items *excluding items listed on the non refundable items list* purchased from Sacred Bundle are eligible for return for store credit within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
If you wish to return a timber furniture item, please refer to the non-refundable item list below to check for eligibility.
To return an in-stock item due to damage, please contact our customer service team via bubinfo@sacredbundle.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the item. We may require you to provide photographic evidence of the damage. Once the damage is verified, we will work with you to provide a resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on product availability.
Pre-Order Items: All pre-order items purchased from Sacred Bundle are eligible for change of mind return for store credit prior to dispatch. Once dispatched, change of mind returns are eligible for store credit minus the cost of return shipping only if the original packaging and/or pallet the item came on is still available. If the packaging and/or pallet has been discarded, we will not be able to accept the return. This does not include the items on the non-refundable item list.
If you wish to return a pre-order item due to damage in transit, please contact our customer service team via bubinfo@sacredbundle.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the item. We may require you to provide photographic evidence of the damage. Once the damage is verified, we will work with you to provide a resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or store credit, depending on product availability.
Non-refundable items
Mattress Protectors: Due to hygiene requirements, mattress protectors cannot be returned for a refund.
- Shipping Costs (Local & International): Please note that shipping costs associated with returned parcels, whether domestic or international, are non-refundable. Return shipping and return pickup fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If you would like us to organize the return, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are organising your own shipping, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Sale or discounted items.
- All large furniture items such as cots, buffets, Beds & Change tables.
Return process
To initiate a return for a damaged item or pre-order item, please contact our customer service team at bubinfo@sacredbundle.com.au, Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). You may be required to provide your order number, purchase receipt, and other relevant information for verification purposes.
Refunds
Depending on eligibility, upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed promptly as a store credit.
