With Easter just around the corner we put together our favourite recipes to inspire you these holidays
WHITE CHOCOLATE ROCKY ROAD
1 cup rice bubbles
30g copha
320g white chocolate
2 packets mini white choc raspberry lollies
120g so soft marshmallows, chopped in half
Cadbury mini eggs for decorating
METHOD
Melt copha & chocolate in a small pot on low heat. Be sure to keep stirring to avoid burning the chocolate
Once melted stir in all remaining ingredients
Line a baking tin with baking paper & pour in mixture
Refrigerate until set
